Description

The Barbour Ogston Wax Jacket is a robust and stylish waxed jacket from Barbour's Classic Tartan collection. Made from heavy 8oz Oban waxed cotton , this jacket offers excellent protection against wind and rain, with a matte, suede-like finish that develops character over time.

The design combines functionality with a modern fit. The jacket features an integrated quilted vest for extra warmth and closes with a Barbour zip up to the standing collar. The outer jacket features sturdy snap buttons and four spacious pockets, including two with flaps and two with side access, ideal for storing personal items. Luxury details such as leather elbow patches and corduroy trims emphasize the attention to detail.

The lining is a wool-polyamide blend (70% wool, 30% polyamide), adorned with the classic Barbour Dress Tartan pattern, adding to the jacket's refined look. The sleeves are lined with polyester for added comfort and freedom of movement.

The Ogston Wax Jacket has a regular fit and is suitable for everyday use in both urban and rural environments. To maintain its waterproof properties, we recommend cleaning the jacket regularly with a damp sponge and re-waxing it periodically.
